Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Zeefass Travel and Tours Limited (“the Company”) for travel related services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Service. These terms govern all bookings, transactions, consultations, and travel arrangements facilitated by the Company.

Scope of Services

Zeefass Travel and Tours Limited provide:

• Flight reservations and ticketing
• Hotel bookings and accommodation arrangements
• Tour packages (local & international)
• Visa advisory and processing support
• Travel insurance facilitation
• Airport transfers and logistics
• Corporate travel management

The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, embassies, etc.).

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service provider.
• Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, POS, online payment gateways, and other approved channels.
• The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel improperly priced bookings.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation policies depend on the specific service provider:

• Flight tickets: Subject to airline rules, fare class, and applicable penalties.
• Hotel bookings: Refundability depends on hotel policy and booking type.
• Tour packages:
  • 130+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • 215–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 3<15 days before departure: No refund
• Visa fees, insurance fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
• Processing fees may apply for voluntary changes requested by the Client.

Travel Documentation

The Client is responsible for ensuring possession of valid:

• Passport
• Visa(s)
• Health certificates (e.g., Yellow Fever card)
• COVID-related documentation (if applicable)

Zeefass Travel and Tours Limited is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

Visa Advisory Disclaimer

Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate. The Company:

• Does not guarantee visa approval
• Provides advisory and documentation support only
• Is not responsible for embassy delays, denials, or additional requirements

Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellations
• Lost baggage
• Travel delays

Insurance is not included unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

Zeefass Travel and Tours Limited is not liable for:

• Injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers
• Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest)
• Changes in airline or hotel policies
• Errors or omissions by external service providers

Liability is limited to the amount paid directly to the Company for its service fees.

Client Conduct & Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or misrepresentation
• Comply with all travel regulations and provider policies

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials produced by Zeefass Travel and Tours Limited are protected under Nigerian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

The Company will protect all personal and corporate data in accordance with:

• Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
• Industry best practices

Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver travel services.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Epidemics/pandemics
• Airline strikes
• Political instability

Governing Law

These Conditions of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Nigeria.

Amendments

Zeefass Travel and Tours Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Conditions of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective upon publication.
